Johnson & Johnson's Vistakon Division produces Acuvue, the first disposable contact lens and the number-one doctor-prescribed lens.

Acuvue is designed as a one-week extended-wear lens that you can wear while sleeping. Acuvue is also available as a one-day disposable and in bifocal and toric lenses.

Acuvue Bifocals have a trademark 'Pupil Intelligent Design' that helps you see clearly at all distances with a unique five-zone lens.

Acuvue2 is designed as a two-week daily wear lens that you take out every night and throw out at the end of two weeks. Acuvue2 can also be worn as an extended-wear lens for one week, meaning you can leave them in overnight and dispose of them at the end of the week.

Acuvue2 Colours have a special colour-enhancing layer on the lens and are available in opaque and enhancement versions. The opaque design.totally changes the colour of your eyes, while the enhancers intensify the colour of light eyes.

Acuvue and Acuvue2 have UV blocking and an 'inside-out' marking. In 7 out of 10 Acuvue2 wearers, vision is better than 20/20.
