Contact Lenses Care

You'll find most contact lens care products at the same place you buy your contact lenses, and in regular pharmacies and grocery store personal hygiene departments. Some of the basic lens care products available include:

Saline Solution: A sterile salt-based cleansing liquid that you rub onto your lenses and rinse them with.

Enzyme Solution: Removes protein deposits that build up on the lenses.

Disinfectant: After cleaning with a saline solution, you should store your contact lenses in a disinfectant to prevent bacteria.

Wetting and Rewetting Solutions: Wetting solutions are put onto the lens before your put it in your eye to help make comfortable contact. Re-wetting solutions, including preservative-free solutions, are lubricants that you can use throughout the day if you suffer from dry eye syndrome.
